The Rt. Rev. DeDe Duncan-Probe, Bishop of Central New York, visited St. Paul’s Church in downtown Syracuse on Sunday, December 4, 2016, the day after her consecration as bishop. She preached at and led both the 9:30 a.m. service (in English) and the 12:00 p.m. service (in Dinka, the language of the South Sudanese congregation at St. Paul’s Church).
