This training is geared toward clergy and leaders of ministries, vestry members, church staff and volunteers.
Over the course of a morning and afternoon, the Rev. Diane Wheatley will help us go into depth about types of relationships that exist in parishes, how to create and maintain healthy boundaries, developing and nurturing sacred trust, vulnerability, safe spaces, verbal and non-verbal communications, and other topics like: humor, gossip, information sharing, leadership, gift-giving, and phone and internet norms.
The Rev. Diane Wheatley is a Lutheran pastor from who has created this training out of her vast experience and readings. She has been a pastor since 1984 and has done extensive work with “safe spaces” and co-dependency. She is a nationally known workshop and retreat leader in the area of boundaries.
