The Congregational Development team regularly offers workshops that bring the insights and resources of the College for Congregational Development program to you, and teach you in turn how to share those insights with your congregation.

In this free workshop, you’ll learn the “Faith Development In Community” model as a lens to look at how people develop as disciples through life in our congregations. We’ll learn to to identify the different stages of faith development, and get a deeper understanding of how our congregations can nurture everyone: core members, occasional attenders, newcomers, and the wider community beyond our church.

This workshop will be led by members of our diocesan Congregational Development team and is appropriate for all clergy and lay leaders and anyone interested in faith formation and development.
