The Diocese of Central New York will hold a Commemoration of Harriet Tubman and Renewal of Vows using a similar setup as our Diocesan Convention Eucharist. We will have worship at four different gathering sites:

Trinity Episcopal Church, 227 Sherman St, Watertown, NY

Sts Peter and John Episcopal Church, 169 Genesee St, Auburn, NY

Zion Episcopal Church, 140 W Liberty St, Rome, NY

Christ Episcopal Church, 10 Henry St, Binghamton, NY

Bishop DeDe will preach and preside at the service in Auburn, with people gathered at the three other sites participating online. After the Passing of the Peace, each site location will hold its own celebration of the Holy Eucharist.  At the Postcommunion Prayer, we will reconvene to participate in the livestream from Auburn. A fully online participation option is also available. *Clergy, blessed oil will be available at each of these services. Please bring a container to bring home with you. 

We are asking people to consider spending March 22, as you are able, in exploring the history and legacy of Harriet Tubman and the African-American experience in Central New York. On the diocesan website we have gathered a list of options, some in person, some fully online.
