The Diocese has recently negotiated an agreement with ADP®, a leading supplier of payroll and human resources management services worldwide. We are excited to offer our parishes the opportunity to use ADP’s trusted, turnkey solution for all your payroll, compliance and HR needs.
Having a payroll provider that helps keep you up-to-date with changing regulations and policies is more important than ever before. ADP’s expertise and services means the difference between knowing and guessing, providing you the tools and resources to help keep you compliant during these unprecedented times.
As part of this agreement, your parish now has the option to receive payroll services through the Diocese at a rate of $4.50 per employee, per payroll**, using ADP’s technology, and processed through the Diocesan office. This service is for clergy and lay employees receiving W-2s at year-end. For example, a parish with one employee, paid twice a month, receiving direct deposit and W-2 preparation, the annual cost would be $119.00. The Diocese has been utilizing ADP since before 1993 and we are excited to be able to offer this solution now to the entire diocesan community.
**If printed checks are needed instead of direct deposit, there is an $8.00 per payroll additional cost.
