The Small Church Resource Group is for leaders from our smallest churches (average Sunday attendance of less than 30). Every other month, we meet on Zoom to share what works and how we're responding to current challenges and opportunities. April's topic is "Roadblocks to Cooperation."

May's meeting will explore the congregational development model "Gather-Transform-Send." The model proposes that the primary task of a Christian congregation can be described this way: "The unique purpose and work of a congregation is to gather those called by God into Christ’s body, the Church—a community of transformation of mind, heart, and action—and to send these same people into the world both to be and to act as God’s loving and transforming presence."
